Asheville
We visited the city of Asheville, North Carolina for the primary purpose of
seeing the Biltmore Estate, the closest thing to a medieval castle in the U.S.
Suzana panicked when we realized that the camera batteries were dead.
Fortunately we found a shop on the estate to resupply. This is not a place you
want to be on a sunny day without a camera. Of course, photos aren't allowed to
be take inside the extravagant Biltmore Estate.
At night, we ventured into the city of Asheville to dine and explore the nightlife. To our surprise, we found it very entertaining. We saw mimes, musicians and magicians and the likes, all entertaining on the street for a buck--quite a few it seemed.
